Eclipsed by the boy Information

Eclipsed by the Boy is a glass shelf which is mirrored in places and lit from above using a single halogen spotlight.  This produces reflections above the shelf and shadows below. It is based on Saint Pancras Cruising Club in Kings Cross where my narrow boat is moored. It was started after the birth of my son and is, in part, a reflection on how my life and priorities were changed by this.

Date: 2011

Materials: Glass/mirror, wood, plastic, halogen spot-light
